Career Development Services are designed to help students and alumni learn more about their interests, skills and values; career fields; connecting majors to careers; and making the transition to four-year college/university, and/or to employment.
Career development is a lifelong process. Once you learn the steps of the process, you will be able to repeat it whenever you need to throughout your
life.

The career decision-making process involves personal reflection, awareness and informational research. What's important to you and who you are as a person will influence the industry you seek. Because there are numerous self assessment tests based on different methods, it may be a good idea to take at least two or three assessments and compare the results for commonalities.
