The Information Technology Services Department (ITS),creates an e-mail for each new RCC employee. To request your account, please fill out this
form and have it signed by your supervisor. You must also sign the form and initial the back after your read and agree to acceptable use policy. Employee e-mail username is created using first letter of first, first letter of middle (if applicable), and complete last name. If there are duplicates names, e-mail username will end with a number. Q: If I stop working at RCC, would my e-mail account be deleted?
A: Yes for all staff and administrators. However, if you are an Adjunct Faculty member, your account is suspended until you decide to return, at which point it is reactivated. If you are a Full-Time Faculty member, your account is active as long as you work at RCC. If a Full-Time Faculty member retires and returns to teach part-time, their accounts are treated same as an Adjunct Faculty member.
