African American Quilt Display
The African American quilting tradition dates back to colonial times. Contemporary quilters continue this tradition with vibrant images of all kinds. This is the third African American quilts exhibit in the Roxbury Community College Library. The quilts have been created and loaned by Prof. Michelle Howard-Harrell of the Early Childhood Education Department and her “quilting sisters.” On display January 22 to March 15.
