Under the direction of Artistic Director Robbie McCauley, we journey with the traveling salesman as he nears the end of his life while struggling to keep his family, his job and himself from unraveling because of past transgressions. Miller forces the characters to face truths in this complex, layered drama. Director McCauley enables the actors to find the contemporary resonances in its many layers.
Roxbury Repertory Theater, established in 2005, is a theater company of Roxbury Community College. The founders sought to build a company made of non-union artists, performers, and technicians who could bring their unique backgrounds and new opinions to the theater. This collaboration of talent resulted in an organization formed with individuals of diverse ages, races, and experiences that extends the presence of the College's Media Arts Center into Greater Boston and the surrounding communities.
Tickets for Death of Salesman are available to the general public for $10.00, while students and seniors can purchase tickets for $5.00. The Mainstage is wheelchair accessible. To purchase tickets, fill out the form below or call 617-541-5380.
