Mark on working with Mayra -

“ Mayra is an intelligent and delightful young woman.  It is a pleasure to work with her.  She seems to know what she wants and is motivated to get it.  She could probably get along without a mentoring program just fine.  On the other hand she is smart enough to know that asking for help in areas where she could learn more can smooth a path which otherwise might be unnecessarily bumpy.  It’s the kind of lessen that many don’t learn until they are older and that Mayra and others in the mentoring program have learned earlier.”
