MCAS Preparation Classes
The Pathways to Success program offered at Roxbury Community College is designed to serve high school students who have not attained proficiency on the MCAS English Language Arts or Math tests. The Program offers intensive small group instruction by college faculty and professional tutors. Instruction is tailored to individual student needs based on Individual Student Success (ISS) plans as well as analysis of performance on past MCAS exams. The Pathways program is offered at no cost to those students who wish to participate. Additional incentives are offered to those Pathways participants who wish to pursue their post-secondary education at Roxbury Community College.
We are currently accepting applications for a summer program which begins July 1. This session combines MCAS prep in ELA and math and includes workshops on: resume writing, job search, financial literacy, research techniques and learning style inventory.
