Remote Learning Resources For Students


Course information can be accessed through MyRCC.  Remember that classes will be delivered through a variety of web-based collaboration tools, including Zoom and Micrsoft Teams.

Student Support Services

Student support services will be delivered primarily through phone calls, emails, and web-based collaboration tools.  We realize that some services will require in-person appointments, and we will allow you to schedule in-person appointments when needed.

RCC’s business hours are:

Remote Service Hours – During these hours, you may contact RCC staff via phone, email, or web-based tools:
            Mondays, 8:30 am – 6:30 pm
            Tuesdays, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

The RCC Library has an array of resources that be accessed from off-campus to meet your research needs. Campus Access

As stated previously, you must schedule an appointment to visit Building 3.  All other buildings at RCC (including the Reggie Lewis Center) are closed to non-essential personnel .  We will notify you when the College is permitted to open all campus buildings according to our regular schedule.

Technology Needs & Support

If you do not have a laptop, tablet, or internet success, you should fill out the Student Technology Survey to reflect your needs.

Free COVID-19 Testing

The City of Boston has partnered with community health centers to increase access to COVID-19 testing for Boston residents.

  • Testing is free regardless of insurance or immigration status, and will not affect "public charge" rule determinations.
  • All sites require you to call ahead for pre-screening and to schedule an appointment.
  • Hours vary between sites. Please call ahead.
  • Many of these sites have capacity for languages in addition to English.
  • Contact your health insurance provider with insurance coverage questions.
