Students must pay any and all outstanding balances to the college before registering for a non-credit course. Once students submit a registration form, they will be registered and a bill will be generated on the student's account. Students will be held responsible for tuition owed, unless they follow the guidelines listed below (Drop / Refund Policy). Payments can be made with a credit/debit card over the phone, by mailing in a check or money order, online through your MyRCC account, or by visiting us on-campus.
Organizations may be billed for tuition if authorization on agency letterhead to justify billing is presented at or before time of registration. Any remaining tuition not covered by the sponsoring organization must be paid by the student at registration.
We accept checks, money orders, credit cards, and debit cards.
Non-credit courses are not covered by federal or state financial aid. We do not offer scholarships.
Our non-credit Lifelong Learning courses run based on enrollment. Upon occasion, we may have cancel a course due to low enrollment. Students may opt for a refund check mailed to them or to have their account credited to enroll in a future class.
Students who wish to request a refund and/or have the billing charges removed from their account must submit a Drop Form by the corresponding Drop Deadline for each semester. No refunds will be given after this time, and partial refunds will not be given for absences or scheduling conflicts. If a Drop Form is not submitted by the deadline, all billing charges will remain on a student's account if a balance is owed, and a student will owe these charges even if they never attend or stop attending.
Lifelong Learning non-credit courses are not eligible to be audited. If you have any questions regarding auditing credit courses at the college, please contact the Admissions Office at (857) 701-1207.
