February is time to honor the achievements, and individual contributions of Black people throughout our country’s history. Each year, our campus community comes together to honor Black history, providing the RCC community with opportunities to celebrate the past and shape the future.
RCC hosted the grand opening of the Business Innovation Center (BIC), a business incubator hub housed on RCC’s campus. Over 60 supporters joined RCC President Jonathan K. Jefferson, Senator Liz Miranda, Executive Director Luciano Ramos, RCC student Carlens Henri (Business Major), and Director Edwidge LaFleur to celebrate the BIC launch and tour the Center today.
Throughout December, the RCC community came together to provide RCC students with additional support during the holiday season. In particular, the Department of Public Safety, Student Life, and Project Access developed and deployed new initiatives to ensure RCC students received the services and goods needed before winter break.
