Roxbury Community College’s physical campus is closed for the holidays and scheduled maintenance from Monday, 12/22/2025 – Sunday, 1/4/2026. Normal business hours resume on Monday, 1/5/2025. Students enrolled in winter session classes should visit their courses in Canvas for information and support instructions. The Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center is closed from Tuesday, 12/23/22025 – Saturday, 12/27/2025, on Monday, 12/29/2025, and on Thursday, 1/1/2026. Transcript Requests

Official transcripts (electronic and mailed) may be ordered from the National Student Clearinghouse.  

Printed transcripts may be requested in the Registrar’s Office for a fee of $5.00. A Transcript Request Form must be completed and submitted. Allow 5 business days for processing requests.
