International Students

Complete the admission application for free online at https://www.rcc.mass.edu/apply.  

The international admissions guide can be found at http://www.rcc.mass.edu/international-admissions-guide . All documentation must be submitted in English.  

International students must complete their application by the following deadlines: 

• Spring Semester: November 1st  

• Fall Semester: June 7th     

International Students must maintain Good Academic Standing and have a Valid F-1 Student Visa.  

How to Apply  

• Complete the  I-20 Application. Students must select a Major from the general application. 

• High School Diploma or transcripts must be evaluated and approved by a foreign educational agency. Translations will not be accepted.  

• Submit a Certified Affidavit of Support. 

• Submit a current Certified Official Bank letter showing a minimum of $35,000.00 US dollars in the bank account to cover total educational and living expenses for one year.  

• Current immunization record. 

•  Complete I-901. Please follow the instructions on www.fmjfee.com.  

If you are already in the United States, a Non-Immigrant (F-1 status), and have a Certificate of Eligibility (I-20AB) from another school or college, you must submit a copy of the I-20AB, from your current institution and a copy of the Transfer Evaluation form, I-94 document, and Passport showing your currentF-1 Visa.  

If English is not your is not your first language, you are required to submit proof of at least intermediate level or English proficiency. We accept:  

TOEFL: a total score of at least 60  

IELTS: a score of 60 or higher  

Duolingo: a score between 90-115  

If you have successfully completed a college-Level English and Math course the placement test may be waived.   

All information to be uploaded to the application must be submitted in English.
