The Information Systems Technology Department offers an Associate in Science Degree
in Web Technologies that is designed for students interested in becoming Webmasters
or Web developers using the personal computer as a tool in designing, developing and
maintaining both front and back-end components of Web sites. Through an in-depth course
of study and a capstone project, students will learn to create, maintain and manage
industry-standard Web sites and commerce sites on networks. Graduates of this program
will be prepared for entry-level employment in the rapidly emerging field of Web authoring
software and tools and Web development. If you plan to earn a bachelor’s degree, you
are responsible for learning the departmental requirements of the school to which
