SUCCESS Advising

SUCCESS Advisors provide specialized advising, coaching, and mentorship for designated student populations. In addition to academic advising, SUCCESS Advisors focus on helping students develop the skills, confidence, and connections needed to thrive inside and outside the classroom. 

Students assigned to a SUCCESS Advisor have access to: 

• Individual academic coaching and mentorship. 

• Personalized academic planning. 

• Academic success and skill-building workshops. 

• Time management, study skills, and goal-setting support. 

• Communication skills development for academic and professional settings. 

• Affinity spaces and community-building opportunities. 

• Support for English Language Learners. 

• Leadership opportunities, campus engagement, and off-campus experiences. 

• Referrals to campus and community resources. 

SUCCESS Advisors work collaboratively with students to promote academic achievement, personal growth, and persistence toward graduation.
