Coursework

During the fall 2022 semester, many students will be enrolled in online, virtual or hybrid courses. Please review our orientation materials for tips on preparation, participation and effective study habits.

Student Support Services

On-campus and remote support is available for all student services. 

New students and returning students can refer to the new "Information for" section of the website: Information for Current Students / Information for New StudentsIf you have any questions, in each office can help you determine the best way of scheduling time in-person or remote support.  

Academic Support

Learning Center staff are equipped to provide you with academic support using WConline. To schedule an appointment, visit https://rcc.mywconline.net/. Library

The RCC Library has an array of resources that be accessed from off-campus to meet your research needs. The library will have real-time chat reference during RCC’s business hours to help you with any research needs that you have.  To find out all the resources the library has to support you please visit: http://www.rcc.mass.edu/library/latest-news/248-student-resources-page.  The fall 2022 library hours are:

Mon - Thu: 7:30 AM-9 PM
Fri: 7:30 AM-5 PM
Sat: 8:30 AM-3 PM

COVID-19 Vaccination, Health & Safety Protocols

Bookstore

Until further notice, all bookstore services will be provided online by Barnes & Noble. Visit the bookstore website at https://bncvirtual.com/rcc. If you have questions or require support with the bookstore website, the Barnes and Noble customer contact center is open 24/7. Call them at 1-800-325-3252 or email them at customerservice@bncservices.com

Technology Needs & Support

Beginning in Fall 2020, all students are eligible to receive technology through the RoxSTARS program.

The Information Technology Office at RCC is available to answer your technology questions and to resolve technology-related problems, as they arise.  To contact IT, call 857-701-1555 or email helpdesk@rcc.mass.edu.

Healthy Tiger Plan 

RCC Tigers take responsibility to stay well and protect each other to limit the spread of COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. RCC Tigers care for one another and all members of the RCC community and are expected to follow protocol and guidelines on campus. When we follow these guidelines, we are able to do our best for ourselves and each other’s health. Please follow the steps in the Healthy Tiger Plan to protect yourself and others.
