Fast-paced 8-week modules

Life doesn’t wait for a 15-week semester, and neither do you. Our accelerated online courses let you focus on a small group of subjects at a time and keep moving toward your goal. They fit around work, family, and everything else. Most terms are eight weeks, with two or three courses per term; the summer science term runs for 10 weeks.

Tuition- and fee-free for eligible Massachusetts residents

Through MassEducate and MassReconnect, eligible Massachusetts residents who haven’t earned a bachelor’s degree can attend RCC tuition- and fee-free. Maximize your low- to no-cost transfer options at area colleges and universities.

Transfer as a proven student

Four-year colleges look closely at transfer students who arrive with their general education done and a strong GPA. Those students are often competitive for admission, merit scholarships, and other opportunities.

A Liberal Arts associate degree from RCC is built for transfer. It is designed to meet the MassTransfer General Education Foundation and open the door to MassTransfer A2B benefits at Massachusetts public universities.

Students may have additional courses to complete depending on their major at the four-year college or university. Work with your advisor to plan for your intended transfer program.

Support built in from day one

Online doesn’t mean on your own. Every RCC Liberal Arts student has:

  • Tutoring to help you master tough material and keep your GPA strong.
  • A designated advisor who knows your transfer goals and helps you plan every step.
  • Project Access, RCC’s holistic support network for mental health, food insecurity, housing, and more.

Because success in college is about more than coursework.
