Bring balance and restorative calmness to your life by learning the powerful tools of meditation and mindfulness. Once a week, join us for an hour long investment in yourself - this is time set aside specifically for YOU to learn how to center yourself and find tools for stress reduction, emotional regulation, self-knowledge, and promote your own well-being.
10 weeks, February 3 - April 14, 2021

Instructor Spotlight: Roberval Oliviera
is passionate about the power of mindfulness and meditation to enable people to live better lives. Roberval has been practicing and studying Vipassana Meditation since 2017. He has a Masters in Education from Lesley University, and in 2019, deepened his understanding of meditation by immersing himself in a 3-month silent meditation retreat at insight Meditation Society.
*This is a non-credit course and runs subject to enrollment. We encourage early registrations.
Refunds: If you wish to drop the course and request a refund, you must submit a request by email at least one business day before the start of your first class. No refunds will be given after this time, and partial refunds will not be given for absences or scheduling conflicts.
If your course is canceled by the College due to low enrollment or for any other reason, your full amount paid will be refunded to you.
