*NEW* - Talking Nutrition: "French Kids Eat Everything" 

NEXT SESSION STARTS: September 14, 2020   **REMOTE COURSE**

*This course will be offered remotely. This means that there are scheduled class meeting times for students to utilize Zoom and access live instruction online*

Ever wonder why the French stay so healthy despite lots of buttery croissants, fatty cheese, chocolate, and red wine.  Doesn’t seem fair given the rates of obesity in our community does it?  Attend this 6-week course to find out how the French follow 10 surprisingly simple rules to maintain health and wellness.  $60 has the potential to save you thousands in health care costs by changing your lifestyle now. Students will be required to have the book French Kids Eat Everything" to participate in this course (used copies available for as low as $4 or borrowed from a library).

Course Schedule: September 14 - October 26, 2020   

6 weeks, Mondays from 6:00 - 7:30 pm (NO Class: October 12) 

Cost: $60  |  Deadline to Register: September 10, 2020 (spots permitting)

Instructor Spotlight: Michael Leidig 

Michael Leidig has over 20 years experience as a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer and health coach. His extensive professional background includes developing and directing a multi-site wellness program at Tufts Medical Center, founder of Nutrition & Fitness Advisors, and  adjunct faculty at Northeastern University.

This is a non-credit Lifelong Learning course and runs subject to enrollment. We encourage early registrations. 

Refunds: If you wish to drop the course and request a refund, you must submit a request by email at least one business day before the start of your first class. No refunds will be given after this time, and partial refunds will not be given for absences or scheduling conflicts.

If your course is canceled by the College due to low enrollment or for any other reason, your full amount paid will be refunded to you.
