RBT Program Update
At this time, the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) program is not being offered.
We are actively working to bring it back in the near future and appreciate your interest.
Please stay connected with the Center for Workforce Development at RCC for updates,
important announcements, and upcoming enrollment opportunities.
The RBT Training course will provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the basic principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The course covers various topics related to ABA, including an introduction to behavior analysis, introduction to Autism, components of reinforcement, skill acquisition techniques when working with individuals on the spectrum, and responding to and preventing challenging behavior. Upon completion of the course, each student will have completed the requirements to submit an application to sit for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) examination through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). The RBT credential is a nationally recognized accreditation and an excellent stepping stone into a career in the field of behavioral health.
