Transcript Request

Roxbury Community College’s physical campus is closed for the holidays and scheduled maintenance from Monday, 12/22/2025 – Sunday, 1/4/2026. Normal business hours resume on Monday, 1/5/2025. Students enrolled in winter session classes should visit their courses in Canvas for information and support instructions. The Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center is closed from Tuesday, 12/23/22025 – Saturday, 12/27/2025, on Monday, 12/29/2025, and on Thursday, 1/1/2026. The Center is otherwise open for high school track and previously scheduled activities. Please visit the Reggie Lewis Center’s website calendar for a complete listing of scheduled activities.

Transcript Requests

Ordering an Official Academic Transcript Online

Roxbury Community College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide official academic transcript ordering online. Click here for Online Transcript Request and select Roxbury Community College.

You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completely processed. Order updates are available via mobile text message and will also be emailed to you. You can also track your order online using your email address and order number.

Your signed consent is required to fulfill your transcript order. For your convenience, a consent form will be generated for your order that you can approve instantly online or return via fax, mail, or as a scanned email attachment.

In Person - Transcripts can be requested directly from our office during normal business hours. Payment can be made by exact cash, check or money order (payable to Roxbury Community College), or credit card/debit card. We are located at 1234 Columbus Avenue, Roxbury, MA 02120, in Building 2, Room 202.

By Mail - Mail a Transcript Request form to the Registrar's Office, Roxbury Community College, 1234 Columbus Avenue, Roxbury, MA 02120. Please send it with a check or money order (payable to Roxbury Community College).

Note: If you do not need an official transcript, you may choose to print your Unofficial Transcript from your MYRCC portal. Log into MYRCC click on the My Grades tab, then click on View Unofficial Transcript. If you need help with your MYRCC login, you can contact our IT department at 857-701-1555.
